Terms of Service
These terms apply to bookings made on aethvyra.com for tourism services. Please read them before ordering.
1. Provider

2. Booking and contract
The tourism services contract is concluded in written or electronic form and states the programme, price, inclusions and our identity: Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995. A booking binds you only after our written email confirmation.
3. Prices and fees
Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include only the services listed in the offer. Mandatory fees, cancellation charges and optional extras are disclosed before you confirm. Price and service terms: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023. Single tax payer; VAT is not charged where not applicable.
4. Programme, group size, inclusions
Itinerary, dates, availability, maximum group size and included services (transport, guiding, admission, meals) are stated in each offer and in the contract. Timing or routing may change for weather, safety or supplier schedules; material changes are notified before departure and you may cancel on the stated terms.
5. Complaints and support
Write to bookings@aethvyra.com or call +380 982 267 8432; we answer within the statutory periods. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Procedure: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process booking data on a lawful basis and ask for prior consent where required; see our privacy and cookie notice. Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 3993-IX від 20.11.2024; Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" № 1882-IX від 16.12.2020.
7. Language, advertising, liability
Consumer information is available in Ukrainian; this English page is additional: Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної" № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019. Commercial messages are identifiable advertising and must not mislead: Закон України "Про рекламу" № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996. We are liable as provided by law; nothing here limits your consumer rights.
