1. Who controls your data

2. Data we collect
Name, email address, phone number, travel dates and destinations, number of travellers, your message, and technical data such as IP address, browser type and cookie identifiers. We do not ask for special categories of data.
3. Why we process it
To answer enquiries, prepare and perform travel service contracts, meet accounting duties and improve the site. Processing relies on your consent, on steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded, and on legal obligations under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 3993-IX від 20.11.2024.
4. Cookies and electronic communications
Non-essential cookies and tracking tools are used only after your prior informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Communications are handled under Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" № 1882-IX від 16.12.2020.
5. Retention and sharing
Booking data is kept for the term of the contract and for the statutory accounting period. We share data only with carriers, hotels and processors bound by confidentiality, or with public authorities where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent by writing to bookings@aethvyra.com. Requests are answered within the periods set by law.
7. Seller information and complaints
Before you order we identify the seller as required by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015, with registration details drawn from the Unified State Register under Закон України "Про державну реєстрацію юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань" № 755-IV від 15.05.2003. Send complaints to bookings@aethvyra.com. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023. Travel services are provided under a written or electronic contract in line with Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995.
